On the Travis County – Hays County border, Saddletree Ranch kids attend two different school districts: the Dripping Springs ISD and the Lake Travis ISD. If you live in Travis County, likely your children will attend Lake Travis ISD schools whereas if you live in Hays County, likely your kids will attend Dripping Springs ISD schools.

HOW ARE SADDLETREE RANCH SCHOOLS RATED?

Both the Dripping Springs and Lake Travis ISD schools are highly rated. Dripping Springs ISD has earned TEA’s second highest rating, Recognized and Lake Travis ISD has earned TEA’s highest rating, Exemplary. Individual schools that serve the Saddletree Ranch neighborhood have each earned either the Recognized or Exemplary status.
